1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at clickvortex360.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) provides digital marketing, AI automation, web development, and related services as described on this website. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of specific services are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement: invoices are due within 14 days of issue; recurring services are billed monthly in advance; late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month; all fees are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, tools, methodologies, and materials created by Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) are the intellectual property of Vinayaka Technology LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided content and data remains the property of the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon client request prior to project commencement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360)’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) against claims arising from client-provided content, instructions that violate applicable law, or misuse of deliverables outside the agreed scope.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah, or through binding arbitration as agreed by both parties.

9. Modifications

Vinayaka Technology LLC (ClickVortex360) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with 14 days written notice. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
