Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Period
A minimum of 10 business days written notice is required to cancel any ongoing service agreement with ClickVortex360. Notice periods for project-based engagements are specified in the individual service agreement.
2. How to Cancel
Submit your cancellation request via email to info@clickvortex360.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation — [Your Company Name].” Include the services you wish to cancel and your requested effective date. Cancellations submitted verbally or via phone are not accepted without written confirmation.
3. Outstanding Balances
All invoices outstanding at the time of cancellation remain due and payable per their original terms. Cancellation does not waive any obligation to pay for services already delivered.
4. Campaign and Account Data Handover
Upon cancellation, ClickVortex360 will transfer all account access credentials, creative assets, campaign data, and analytics reports to the client within 10 business days of the effective cancellation date.
5. Advertising Platform Access
Any advertising accounts created by ClickVortex360 on behalf of the client (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) will be transferred to client ownership upon request. Accounts created in ClickVortex360 manager accounts will be migrated accordingly.
6. Reactivation
Cancelled accounts may reactivate services within 90 days at their original pricing. After 90 days, reactivation is subject to current pricing and a new onboarding process.
